That yellow CC01 in your picture above is fully assembled. If it's like this one, and it should be, all you need is a radio, battery, and charger.

Decent 2 channel radios can be had at Colpar or Hobby Town, or you can order on line. http://www.horizonhobby.com/surface...radio-system-with-free-sr201-receiver-spm2322

If you plan on running a scale winch on there, you will need a 3 channel radio and receiver though.

Stores like Tower hobbies run "combos" where you don't need to know anything and they ship it all. I prefer the local guys though. Colpar is very helpful.

The yellow one is ready to run with everything. The black and red ones need other things to run. I'll contact Colpar to see what the minimum needed is.

Mondays are fun :) The mailman didn't deliver me any toys yesterday :(

Maybe not that nutty. You should approach the landcruiser museum about buying the entire collection. Bet you could round out a pretty penny for a collection that extensive.

Mike, I need a smurf blue 40, I bought one for my oldest for Christmas a few years ago and always wanted to hang it from my 40s rear view mirror. I look at Wally World most times when I go through, do you have a source for them? Another store or online?

Thanks

These are HO scale so smaller than matchbox but this would be pretty cool and a closer match to T854

If you want the blue matchbox... one is a bit darker and the other is a bit lighter than T854. I do know a guy who has touch up paint though. If you just want to paint one, then grab the tan one from Target.

New additions to the Land Cruiser toy collection... The 200 series ones are 1:32 scale, make noise when you open the doors, wind up when you pull them back, and are $10.

I love it when the "new additions" are larger than my entire collection.

Heck yes for the win!

Looks like you should buy a barn and go full hoarder. I mean, shouldn't you have 20 or more full cruisers stashed?

You find me a barn, and I will buy it. It needs to be in Weld or Larimer county with taxes under $1000 per year.

Just in time for halloween

Here's a crazy model....and an even crazier person that built it. Creep factor is HIGH on this one, so take that as a friendly suggestion to go outside and socialize with live people more. lol. ;)

It puts the lotion on it's skin or else it gets the hose again...

Added a few more Land Cruiser toys to the collection. The clear one on top is the 80 series body for the CR01 chassis.
