Just the 86's. The supra shares the same platform and drivetrain as a bmw z4.Aren't the new ones just Subarus? Or is that just the 86's?

100% I’ve owned old Toyotas and now a more modern one. Even all in house vehicles are just less filling and feel cheaper, never mind one that’s a BMW. I bet that just barely broken in 1994 outlasts a 2024!I'm sure a lot of it has to do with the 2JZ. That is one of the most legendary Toyota motors.
I am real happy with the Z4. The supra isn't a convertible which was one of the selling points on the Z4. It compliments the Land Cruiser well100% I’ve owned old Toyotas and now a more modern one. But I know Romer drives one of those Z BMWs and he’s happy with it. So I dunno, if it’s about getting you around a track fast it’s probably less important it’s a Toyota than getting you home from a trail. Unless you’re doing a Lemans. Then you want the real thing.
@shellb I see you bid once so far..... I for one support you in the endeavor! Im sure @MDH33 does as well.JDM RK100 Stout on BaT

Note the wing window doors, bigger bed with lower fenders, different grill, different guage cluster. It's pretty much same drivetrain though.

If you're really serious about a Stout, this one just dropped in price and it's a USA left hand drive lite stout. Cooler that the jdm truck on BaT, imho.I'll be hanging around at the end of the auction for sure!
I agree with Martin. This is way cooler than the one on BAT, and in better condition. If you're really serious about a Stout, this one just dropped in price and it's a USA left hand drive lite stout. Cooler that the jdm truck on BaT, imho.

I would be too, Jeff!I am really more happy with my FJ45 than I would be with a stout
Me too. I bought the Stout because I couldn't afford a 40 or 45.I would be too, Jeff!
This does exist BTW..But what if said Stout sat on an 80 series chassis with your choice of drivetrain? Asking for a friend.

was that good or bad?$13k??
There's a guy in Oklahoma selling a roller that would be perfect for a build like that. I will PM you his infoI know it does. And if I got my hands on a Stout no matter how clean I’b be building just that with a big LS under the hood.
if I had the money, and space, and some sort of Hail Mary plan for spouse approval of another project that thing above would be on a transport truck right now.
