Heyo! So some updates, I replaced the starter, the solenoid plug and the fusible link. I accidentally purchased the wrong ignition switch so had to order the correct one from Stevinson. I took apart the switch and it does look pretty gunky. Was hoping to hit the road camping today, but it looks like I'm waiting on the ignition switch :(

Well, I replaced the ignition switch with a OEM one. That didn't solve the issue. I left something on over the past few days and drained my battery in the process. So, that's on the charger. I did put the solenoid wire on the multimeter and cranked it and was only getting 6-10V. When I jumped the solenoid with a wire from the battery it fired right up. I took off the neutral safety switch and it was very gunky, opened it up, cleaned it out and now I'm not getting any Volts at the solenoid wire. I'm thinking that might be culprit. :(

Here is the electrical diagram with stuff I've already replaced highlighted in yellow and pending in green.

Okay, I figured it out! It explains the weird voltage and the fact I don't get anything after cleaning the NSS. Broken wire on the NSS plug! I have ordered a new female plug and all new pig tails to rewire this bad larry. Anyone have any tips for depinning that plug? Do you have to pull the white part out first and then de pin? Thanks for all the help, but I doubt I even needed any of the stuff I bought, but it's good to have it upgraded.

There are some good Youtube videos on pinning/de-pinning Toyota connectors.

Just to follow up on this, I redid the plug and managed to only have to replace 3 of the small wires and the one large one. As expected that was the entire issue. Fired right back up but the steering wheel kept locking up. I had to reopen the dash and remove the lock cylinder to find out that the little tumbler part that slots into the lock cylinder and ignition switch can be put in 180 deg off and while it will crank, the steering wheel will just keep clicking. 🤦🏼‍♂️ I was confused during the original install because I accidentally pulled it out. Anyway, thanks to everyone for responding, if anyone happens to have a brown non-cracked dash let me know.
