Yep, spring was already damaged. Must have been the oven at the powdercoaters.

Sure blame it on the powder coaters Has nothing to do with you jumping the truck or banging it against rocks does it???

does anyone know who's got my tree strap (faded grayish color) and clevis? i have someone elses clevis...thinking it might be john or 'roots, but not sure

If you look at Ige's pic, the spring is already bent and the truck wasnt driven after recoating the springs. I beat on them pretty good for 5 years though so I'm OK with it.
