hey hows those led headlight bulbs holding up? thanks!
Headlights have been great, zero issues. Only one person has flashed me to date. Both my rear side marker bulbs have failed though. So not everything from Boslla is perfect.

That’s great to hear ..cuz I pretty much ordered them up 20 minutes after I posted last night. I had the itch 😂

Ever since I swapped in a different drivers seat I’ve had a really hard time hearing my HAM radio that is mounted below it. Today I installed an auxiliary speaker. Hoping this holds with some simple two sided tape. $35 Icom SP-35 speaker off Amazon. Speaker sounds fine and I don’t have to run the volume on max like I always have in the past.

I've been using the driver side lower dash mounted speaker for my Yaesu 7800 for years. I think it is a 2 ohm speaker so it is plenty loud when it needs to be.

I’ve been considering that for a while but figured after nearly 30 years that speaker is rotten. If this tape does not hold I’ll probably pull the lower dash speaker and mount this behind its grill.

I run that Icom speaker as well, mine is mounted to a piece of flat strap aluminum running across the front of the driver's seat mounts facing up. Works well for me.

I’ve had a new Kenwood head unit sitting in the garage for years. Got it half off as it was a previous year model. Wireless CarPlay being the motivator. I’ve also got an integrated dash cam that I’m saving for another day. Need to prep for some additional changes when I do that install. The old stereo had the NAV unit inside the center console and the Bluetooth module under my center console. Was able to reuse the mic and GPS antenna from the old Kenwood. Couple of photos. Mods like this aren’t very exciting.

These turbo decals have been laying around for some time. I’d prefer something more subtle like plain black on my truck. But stuck them on this weekend for fun. Drivers side is a little off level :(. See if they grown on me otherwise I’ll go back to sleeper mode.

This is just PM at 291,137 miles but saving here for my records as well as your entertainment.

Belts, plugs, cap and rotor. I have not done these since the turbo got installed.

Even with the step stool it’s hard to reach stuff on my truck.

#3 looks a little oil fouled

I like to lay out the cap and plugs wires on a table to swap in the new cap. No chance of connecting a plug wire in the wrong place if you don’t one at a time.

Belts installed. Much quieter now at idle. Old belts were stretched out and the AC belt was really noisy as a result.
