@Telly, crazy you mention dude, for the first time in my life at age 39 and a reasonably healthy guy, 2 weeks ago I got gout randomly in my left ankle, then migrated even lower. Always been bad about water intake, but now drinking a gallon a day! Absolutely debilitating and I'm only about 90% right now. I feel your pain, literally and metaphorically. For the rest of you, see you tomorrow!
