Silly problem. My windshield nozzles barely had any fluid coming out. Since I'm finishing up the hood repaint project I finally got into it. I chased it down with compressed air from the source. I narrowed it down to some kind of blockage in a mystery device on the driver's side fender that looks like a solenoid (wires coming to it) - I'm guessing it's a diverter for the rear window washer nozzle. There seems to be some sort of restriction in that device.

Is it worth dismantling it and trying to clear the thing, bypass it or just replace it?!

You should add what model and year or series truck your diagnosing but assuming a 95 FZJ80 based on your sig line.

The rear diverted valve is a known failure point over time. I’ve replaced mine once maybe twice now over 19 years of ownership. When it fails it allows fluid to goto both front and rear reducing pressure.

Yup, that's exactly what mine was doing. I'd hit the button for the front squirter and fluid would go out the front and rear. It took me all of 2 minutes to replace it. If only everything on these old rigs were so easy to fix.
