Yep it is for sure. I emailed the guy yesterday, and I just got this response:

"I still have the vehicle for sale. It is in very good to excellent condition throughout, with all options working as they should. Engine and transmission are in perfect condition, no leaks, no smoke, no slips. It has all service up to date.. This car has had a great life .It's a non-smokers vehicle. It has never been in an accident. It has a clear and clean title, free of all liens and encumberances.
Unfortunately I am not home and I can't sell it myself because i left town few days ago to help my daughter organizing her wedding and i may stay here a while, but this is not a problem because i`ll sell it through OCG services. I believe you know what OCG is if you buy and sell online often, if you don't I'll be glad to walk you through the process. Let me know if you are still interested

I'm sure it's something made up since the google didn't seem to know either what OCG services was. I'll admit it's a more sophisticated scammer than usual knowing to price the LC at a low price but not absurd and post it in a part of the country where they're popular. It's still obvious by the grammar and description, the lack of phone number, the CA plates, etc.
