A first gen with 106K and what looks like a solid cab and frame. Truthfully the bed isn't that rusty for a first gen, either. So I'd probably put that in the fairly decent condition if the engine and drivetrain are strong. The beds on first gen US trucks were single wall and started rusting on dealer lots. The beds were made domestically to exploit tax and legal loopholes and rusted like crazy compared to the rest of the truck.
