At the Evergreen Rodeo parade there were lots of people in the back of pickup trucks, and most of the floats (with people on them) were on trailers. I guess law enforcement suspends some statutes for parades

Legal in the state, I do not know if the local city or county have laws making it illegal.

With that being said, in my research, it isn't illegal anywhere in the state. I couldn't find any city or country that has a law stating otherwise.

Doesn't mean cops won't pull you over, and harass you, especially if they don't know the law.
