AWESOME! I bet it was a great show. Was the Newman Center sold out? Mostly full?

Yes, it was a great show, weird, but great and completely sold out to an adoring crowd. Don played with Bob Weir in Rat Dog so was affected by his recent passing. The middle third of the show was a Detroitified, as he called it, version of the Blues For Allah album. Not being a Dead fan, I could have done without that, but they funked it up pretty good. The female singer was spectacular and the band was super tight. Suz’s connections at KUVO for the win again!
