Connor also took these pics! His buddy in front of him on a dirt road was going too fast, started sliding and got sideways, then hit the edge of the road and rolled. Driver and passenger and pup are all OK, minor scratches. 99 land cruiser is prob toast.

Finally, I wasn’t able to get a photo but there was a brand new forest green Lexus 250 (whatever they’re calling it, the GXRZ 9000 probably) fully kitted out with every overlanding accessory known to man driving by my work in Englewood. Wheels were stanced way outboard of the body - I couldn’t tell what size the tires were or if there were wheel spacers involved or the wheels themselves just had a lot of backspacing. I guess the aftermarket for those trucks is coming along.

Mine but figured I'd share the story. I had a guy walk up to my window and say "you know I am a jeep owner (points to his wrangler) but I would pick this over my jeep any day" and I simply said "me too"

All of a sudden I was driving the 40. No particular place, I was just driving it, outrunning trains, pushing other cars out the way, etc.

It was AWESOME.

FYI this truck minus the front bumper is on COPart! Pretty hi miles, nothing of interest added other than the front bumper.

All of a sudden I was driving the 40. No particular place, I was just driving it, outrunning trains, pushing other cars out the way, etc.

It was AWESOME.
