Excited for this run!

Planning on driving up to the meeting area, but riding along to take pics. Happy to jump in with whoever will put up with me ( in the front).

The snow we've been getting today (still dumping downtown) should make for an awesome run

Also a note for pizza afterwards: Idaho Springs has gone to a pay parking system. So the lots behind Bue Joes that always used to be free you now have to pay (learned this last summer).

Gonna be fun!

I'm out. Furnace went down, no hot water either, weather delayed shipping for new part, and also having some issues with the truck which is probably the fuel pump which won't be here till tuesday. ugh

Does anyone have a loo tent that I could borrow for the day? I will have my forster daughter with us and she has never experienced the outdoor potty situation.

I have some Midland handheld 2 way radios, will these work for this run? If not, smoke signals I'm sure.

I won't be able to do the run this weekend. Its looking like I've wiped out another set of ball joints. Second set on these new UCA's in less than 8k miles... 🤬 Not super happy about it...

We have a camp toilet we are bringing she can use but we don't have a privacy enclosure

Yup! Bring 'em! Smoke signals won't work if there's a fire ban though...:p

I'm thinking hard about coming. I think my last Rising Sun run was the Blow Off Work Run in 2017. That's shameful.

Sounds good Perry. I will have my brother and nephew with me. But, I could squeeze you in for some of it. Thanks for the heads up on parking.

Hope you can make it Matt. I just remember you on a snow a long time ago running a shovel all day and helping others. Yet, I can't remember your 40 ever getting stuck.

Oh, I got so so stuck when we did that Yankee Hill run in March when you broke your back side window. That was a rough day. I’ll be in the 80 tomorrow so we will see how it goes. It has a higher weight/tire size ratio, which may make it tough.
