Rising Sun Summer Picnic 2008 August 2nd

Date and Location are set for the Summer 2008 Rising Sun Picnic!

It will be on August 2nd from 12-4 at Dedisse Park in Evergreen

Will you be attending and if so bringing your family?

I am trying to get a count for food planning so could you please post up how many will be coming

I can't vote, since there is no "Maybe." We are tentatively slated to leave for a week's vacation that morning, but my wife's work may cause this to be rescheduled. If we don't go on vacation, we'll be there!

^Same here. We're taking a family road trip to Crested Butte, Black Canyon and Ouray, leaving 8/2. At this rate, I may not make a single RS summer event....

don't think i'll make it. i need to seriously cut back on a lot of things now that everything's more except my paycheck which is less since they eliminated all overtime

If we are still going to Alaska, we won't be able to make it. If we don't go (and it seems less and less likely that the AK trip is on) then we will be there. Would probably be 2 people if we do come. We'll know about the AK trip in a week or so.

The club is going to buy the main dish for the picnic (BBQ) and the rest will be pot luck so if you are going can you bring a side dish or a dessert?

Dedise being the care taker for our cabin and property, makes for a club event I cant miss. I'm happy to bring whatever is needed.

Also thinking about a trip to the cabin before the picnic.
