Unfortunately, my favorite hobby shop, the Crawlspace, is closing its doors due to family health issues. Sad news for a great guy. The stores last day will be March 31. All items in store are 10% off until close. The Colorado Springs store will remain open.

Ahh man sad day. Only been in once the course was fun!
The springs store sucks. Employee was an asshole and there’s no inventory.
Hope things get better for him and he comes back soon.
Any other indoor crawling spots you go to?

@DomOfTheDead ah man that stinks! I'll make an effort to get there at least once more before March, thanks for the heads up!

Indoor spots are tough, I think there is a hobby store in aurora that has an indoor course but unconfirmed. I know a bunch of good outdoor spots where I am planning on setting up some meet ups but waiting on the weather to clear up.

Yeah Colpar in Aurora has a little one. It’s small but fun and free.
Gtg’s will be cool! Tons of spots to check out.

Hmm... maybe I should sell my Toyota and buy an RC Toyota... more cost effective

How do you like it? Anything I should know about it? Is it a total piece of s**t?
It's a fun little truck. Not a total piece but it is all plastic. Have been looking at swapping the axles and links already for metal ones. Softer tires will be nice also.

One thing I’m unsure of is aftermarket component compatibility. If you buy a truck from one company do you have to stay in their sandbox? Or are the parts pretty universal? There also seems to be a lot of 1:10 support and I haven’t found a website with 1:16 parts.
