Christo is going to have a nice X-Mas this year....I need gears bad!!!!

4:88s front and rear should fix the 80 stalling out on hill climbs. I had the engine redlined, in gear, and rolling backwards.

I would get the gears and have them them frozen at Mile high before I stuck them in. UB would agree that it may make a good bit of difference wear. The Nitro gears I set up for some of the guys set up real well, as always the Percision gears set real nice as well.
I think it is not all gears, what about your tranny acting up? or the engine needing some attention?

um, there are physical limitations in a slush box on a given inclination. meaning, you may have been too steep of an angle for too long. "fluid starvation"

Toyota slushboxes do not have that issue unless they are low on fluid or upsidedown... ;)

One step closer - Lexus seat foam

71512-60070 Lexus Front seat bottom - driver (US)
71511-60070 Lexus Front seat bottom - passenger (US)
71551-60140 Toyota Front seat back - driver (US)

As far as I can tell the Lexus seat foam is more finished and softer. The Toyota foam appears to be heat set and a touch firmer. The foam is more rigid with a harder shell to it on the Toyota version if that makes sense.

There was a glow in the Denver area tonight driving home from my girlfriend's apartment, I think it was Treeroot's LED's reflecting off the low-hanging clouds...

HIDs are installed and they are bright! I went with the 5000K bulbs so I don't look too tuner but.....oh damn, these are bright! For all those haters of HID in a DOT housing, I am well aware of the glare issues. The E code headlights have a much sharper cutoff and the bulbs are the correct length. I'll get pics of the before and after up shortly. I do like how the white light makes the rig look newer just like replacing all the incandescent bulbs made the truck 13 years younger.
