I have to agree! I'm a bit old school I guess as I like to fix my junk at home and wheel on the trail away from tools and parts and garage!

Count the ring gear teeth and devide by the number of pinion teeth.

For ammunition you can use against me, feel free to look at my electrical under the hood. That should keep you entertained for awhile.

To identify the gear ratio you need to install the new third and drive around in 4wd. If either the front or the back disagrees violently, then the new one doesn't match.
