Any info on the different Cooper AT3 types? http://us.coopertire.com/tires/view-tires.aspx
There was another tire thread a here a year or two ago that linked to a magazine article that compared a bunch of A/Ts and in that comparison Cooper AT3s won hands down both on and off road. I wrote the model down and it is on a post it note at my work, but I don't know which of the 3 variants shown on your link the review was referring to, or if it even if the tire comparison in the article was that specific. I plan to put a set on my 60 to replace my Duratracs, which may have maybe one more season left in them. FWIW, my personal experience with my Duratracs has been quite positive, better traction in the snow than either BFG M/Ts or A/Ts, quieter than either BFG on the highway and I haven't had any sidewall issues. I have ripped open two BFG M/T sidewalls, one on a 40 and the other on my 45, both rigs much lighter than the 60 my Duratracs are installed on.
