Kane Creek Development suffers setback as Grand County Commission denies water system permits

Commission voted 5-2 to deny permits for a wastewater treatment plant and water storage facility for the controversial Kane Creek Development.

And shockingly, they were illegally using a well for their project and the state shut them down. They now need to figure out a way to get water there which includes building a over half mile pipe so they're not permanently shut down but they're getting a lot of obstacles thrown in their way at least.

You can really tell their Attorney is aggressive.......this could be a problem.
