need paint supplies for the raffle rig

I've got the paint but I don't have the other stuff worked out yet. I'm still trying but this is taking a lot longer than I thought. My problem is I send him a note and then he is out of the office for a week. Then he gets back to me. ETC.... He has the laundry list from above. Now whether or not he can get all of it is another story.
