Not a movie but real life: https://global.toyota/en/newsroom/corporate/33208872.html
That was my favorite show as a kid and a big reason I was such a Jeep fan growing up. How many lives were lead astray by the awesomeness of MacGyver?MacGyver was badass. Would've been way more badass if he rocked a 40 instead of a J**p.
Thanks, Captain Buzzkill....Here's a 12 year running thread on Mud about the topic:

Land Cruisers in film
I wanted to ask this question to everyone as I have seen the LC in many movies. The most recent was Gran Torino which featured a 200 series Land Cruiser. Another film was the The Mist. Any other films anyone know of?forum.ih8mud.com
Just saw the trailer for the series The Old Man and saw a 60 and a 40 in the two minutes.
Travis, have you been watching this? Yeah Chris Pratt drives a built FJ62... the rear bumper looks really good to me other than the brake lights, they do some disco thing as turn signals which I'm not a fan of. But he drives the heck out of that thing, even backs into a car intentionally which doesn't seem to harm the bumper at all. There will be a new series being released on Amazon Prime in July called The Terminal List. The books are written by a former Navy SEAL Named Jack Carr who is a fanatic Cruiser Head. So there will plenty of Land Cruiser action.![]()
As are most 62s.I burned through Terminal list in a weekend. A good show and a really sweet truck.
So apparently when they shot that scene, the only thing on the truck that got damaged was the fuel can carrier.Travis, have you been watching this? The rest of the show is all vintage Land Rovers, which is pretty sweet also. Anyone else watching this?
