Romer's looks really comfy, looks like there is a place to stand up and change, etc before climbing into bed...I bet its even better in cold and or wet weather with a small heater.

All mini truck drivers: Go check your left front frame around where your front spring hanger attaches. All 3 of us had cracked/broken frames up there.

Hey Ken, was this the first trip with the trailer? How did you like it?

yes it was. I was real happy with it. Very comfortable, quick to setup and the changing room is a nice feature. It's nice to be able to climb down the bed ladder inside your enclosure. I also had plenty of room for two chairs a table and my duffle bag.

When we pulled out to do Kane Creek on Saturday, these guys were getting ready to hit BFE..This might be the coolest Toyota I have ever seen. There were two more smaller versions but I did not get a pick of them.

This might be the coolest Toyota I have ever seen.

Did the tow rig have Kanook plates on it? That looks like Rutledges Twisted Custom creation. He picked it up last year at BHCC from them. Beautiful! He was pulling it around with a custom Mog at that time.

I have met and wheeled with him several times. Mostly in SD but he has been to CM too. When I first met him he drove a very bad arse red FJ-45 with a non US 6.5 turbo diesel. That thing screamed! Heard rumor that the axles in the twisted Customs buggy came from that truck and he is "returning" that truck to daily driver trim. Kevin Kuhn knows him well I believe.

Checked, no frame crack, but the spring hangers were nowhere to be found.

Yep, it is sick!! My favorite rig of all time...even more then my FJC..I know hard to believe...hahaha...

He posted up some pics in Pirate today from doing Green day and Hellderado in Area BFE..Wished I would have seen that. I asked him if he was going to make it to CM and he said not this year.
