I noticed that too. They look like the now take a 13mm wrench.
I always use a 12mm Gearwrench to do these. I hate it when things like this happen!
And just where would you go to get JIS nuts on a Sunday night? Easter no less... and yes if any of you end up working on my truck some day you'll need a 13 for those now.

PB blast them for a few days, let it soak in good. File them square again if you can, even if you need to file them 1mm to a smaller size, then attack em with a wobble head ratchet. Might help to take the radiator out and hit em with an impact, but other than that I dunno.
