yeah thanks... I think I've been doing videos for about 4 years now, I set out a goal to do at least 1 per month. The reality is I could have done way more also, just a matter of priority and staying focused. story of my life, lol.

I wrapped some duct tape around the male portion of my awning quick release. It shored up those tolerances. haha. This is a much more elegant solution. Sweet product tim. The videos are great.

Love that v2 enhancement mentality. A great idea always has room for improvements. My v0 Gamiviti rack has been stripped bare since @nakman helped me get it re-powdercoated for a very reasonable price. I could use some of these awning mounts to get my rack back in business with some new goodies.

thanks! This product in particular was already on revision 5 or 6 or so... kept making the awning side bigger to accommodate bigger awnings (first Batwings, then OVS/23zero..) then added some holes so the receiver side can bolt to tray racks like Rhinos, etc., then added slots to provide more in and out adjustability... one of the advantages to doing fairly small quantity runs is that I can keep the design somewhat liquid, keep adding tweaks as new ideas come up.

Not super revolutionary here, but I've got 2 new colors of the plastic seatbelt mic holders now, black and gray. This is what they look like upside down...

And I have plenty of blue and green on hand as well. as a thanks to the few who watch this thread, I'll have these in my pocket at the next club meeting on July 3rd... not going to make an announcement or anything, but if you read this post and want one, just come ask for one. :)

I would love a green one! not sure if I'll be at the meeting (might be headed to Houston, 94 yr old Grandma not doing so well) If you would save it for me or if Andy is there give it to him I'd greatly appreciate it!

Well let the madness ensue.. I spent most of this past Saturday climbing around @Rzeppa 's brand new Land Cruiser 250, working today and tomorrow on the CAD work for our first roof rack for this platform. Excited for this one... also open to any/all design suggestions from any current/past options you may have seen on a Gamiviti rack, it's all possible.

Also confirmed that our roof channel towers are a direct bolt up... https://www.gamiviti.com/roof-channel-towers which means starting today I could offer complete cross bar systems for these vehicles https://www.gamiviti.com/cross-bars

this is a picture of a rack plate and tape measure:

and a picture of a cross bar installed...

And the back end of a vehicle that says Land Cruiser

more to come on this for sure. thanks again Jeff for the R&D assistance! :beer2:

Recently we made an FJ40 rack with a few unique features, including an additional pair of plates/towers (9 total!), grid panels, drop handles around the front doors, and a bunch of accessories. Customer was really blown away. Not exactly a new product, but just wanted to share as his voicemail the other day just made my day. so if you don't follow me on the gram, here you go:

Ok here's one. As some here know the 2016 and newer LX570 has one major flaw, in that it's not possible to change the factory roof rack rails without first dropping the head liner. which leaves owners very few options when it comes to adding an aftermarket rack, or set of cross bars. So solve this, I developed a new bracket that mates to the factory rails of the LX570, and pairs with standard aluminum extrusion profiles, the most common of which is the 1x2 pictured below

Uploading my video shots now, hope to have the vid done shortly. I'm realllllly excited at how well this works- super low profile, wicked stout, it's clamped on there in like 3 different ways, with an optional 4th if you want to add some riv nuts to your cross bars.

once the video is finished I'll built out a new web page... this is 1 of 5 new products that I'm hoping to release before the end of the year, some of them (like this one) I've been working on for close to a year... really psyched to see this one bolt up today, and how stoked the customer is.
