I'd burn that diesel, fill it with fresh add some conditioner like bg244 /48 or stanadyne , change the oil with rotella, antifreeze and run it.

And I do have this 77 disc front end with ARB just sitting in front of the rig although I thought somebody bought it.....what to do what to do

New from toyota is your best bet. Those things are hard to find used or in good shape
