in all seriousness that Xmas tree vid is a lot more operator error than truck deficiency. Somehow he got way off the road, shouldn't have been down there, maybe they got over to let someone pass then got stuck, so plan b was back down the hill and get a run at it? And it looks like several other attempts were made before someone pulled their phone out to video. Just guessing here...

in the camping shot, obviously the dad is letting their daughter win at cheat because he forgot to pack her chair. some of the other items, a little less explainable

Also looks like a poorly planned recovery. Trying to snatch strap him around a tree doesn't seem all that smart.

It ALSO displays some seriously terrible truck ethics.

The USFS even commented on a few of the videos and offered to help Tesla understand how to read an MVUM (they were definitely not in an area allowing off trail travel).

I expect to run into an awful lot of stuck/broken cybertrucks in the near future.

Dan

PS--any reason for any truck manufacturer who markets them as capable wheelers to NOT simply include MVUMs on their big fancy screens from the factory? They really should.

Finally saw my first stainless steel doorstop in the wild. It looks like a cheap movie prop that is supposed to be in the deep background.

I spotted one (I believe the same one twice) yesterday in Westminster. Out of state plates.
