This is already very picture heavy so I will limit the amount I post about the painting process. But everything that needed to, got primed. Then everything that needed to get painted white, got painted white. Then everything that needed to get painted black, got painted black.

Once everything was coated and it had cured, the final assembly process began. This is when all the correct hardware is used, any lock tight or lubrication is applied as needed, and everything is properly tightened and torqued.

As mentioned before, the client still needs to do some things to it, but we have now finished up our work on this project. Client came to pick up the new setup with the Jeep XJ I had built for them years before. The trailer is painted to match it. Before they left, we fully went through everything (except the annex room) to make sure everyone knew how things functioned and I also took the opportunity to take a few photos. You may notice the trailer is not level to the XJ. This is because it was on 35"or 37" tires instead of the normal 39's.
