Thanks for the info and maps. I have a couple of items to sell and I’ve done some upgrades to the Trailhunter. I’m wondering if the show and shine area is where I’d park the rig for showing it off and where/how I’d go about selling the items?

The swap meet area is where items will be sold. You can absolutely park your truck there, and then set out all your items for sale, tailgate style off the back.

You will check in at the gate just like anyone else. Except instead of driving into the Expo you're going to hang an immediate right onto the frontage road. Go to the end of the frontage road make a left into the rodeo area make a left towards the front of that parking area and you can park a larger trailer up there.

Hey everyone! I've added a Volunteer position to the list of our needs.

We will have a tent in the middle of the field with all of our Silent Auction Items laid out. We will need someone to man this tent, watch to make sure the items don't walk away, answer any questions, or direct people to the vendor's tent. There are two shifts for this volunteer position, and you will have shade provided under the tent.
