ColoYota Expo Volunteers Needed Sign Up Sheet

Hey My Fellow Rising Sun Peeps!
Here is our Call To Arms!
We need a few awesome volunteers for various positions during the Expo!
If you've wanted to help, but haven't been sure how, here's your opportunity!!

AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO POSSIBLY GET A STAFF EVENT T-SHIRT!

See below for the positions we need help with, and you can respond with what you're interested in helping out with.

We will have a signup sheet this Wednesday night at the monthly meeting as well.

Most of these will be in shifts so that you can still enjoy yourself at the Expo.
Early Shift: 8AM - 11AM
Mid Day Shift: 11AM - 2PM
Late Shift: 2PM - 5PM (mostly clean up)

Entrance Gate / Ticket Sales - There is a need for 6 volunteers. Three for the early shift & Three for the mid-day shift
Traffic Directing - We will likely need 6 people. Three for the early shift & Three for the mid-day shift
Merchandise Sales - 1-2 more volunteers to work with The Kucera Crew and give them a break.
Clean Up Crew - 2-3 volunteers to help tie up bags of trash, take down signs, collect traffic cones, and pack up a couple of pop-up tents.

i made a mistake, my wife just told me my new (and first) grandchild is being dedicated Saturday so i won’t even make it to the rally,
so please remove my name from the volunteer list.

We cancelled our trip for this weekend, so I’ll be able to make it to the Expo. First timer here, the event flyer only mentions the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Is there a particular parking lot, or directions to the entrance?

I signed up for traffic volunteer in the morning slot, can I get some instructions for arrival time and what I need to know, etc.? Thanks.

Thank you for volunteering! Here is a map to the event. We will be setting up on the west side of the fairgrounds. I will have all of the layout images available for the volunteers on the morning of the event as well.

Thanks for the info and maps. I have a couple of items to sell and I’ve done some upgrades to the Trailhunter. I’m wondering if the show and shine area is where I’d park the rig for showing it off and where/how I’d go about selling the items?
