Same here. CM is a terrific and well run event. Even though I've discovered I don't personally enjoy "event wheeling", it is fun to run into folks when I can be in town that weekend. I stay away from the official runs, for obvious reasons, but no permits are required for gas stations, restaurants and the Starbucks line.

Now, to rustle up a place to stay...
