Thanks for all this good information!
Anyone know how to contact Jim of the tan hardtop? or Troopie Abe?
I counted 16 of us. Big fun on a beautiful day!
Suzie

Trooper Abe is gr8tfulabe (sp) on the forum. I believe Jim is Denco40 (sp) on the forum, shoot them a pm.

If the article has been published in Toyota Trails, I am thinking I can post these on the internet for all to enjoy.

Click on the panorama below for a high resolution version ;)

Mike, great pics from you, as always. How did you know the article had been published? One wouldn't know it from any input about it here on the RS forum?

I just read the article. Suzie did a stellar job on it. The pictures and text are among the best I've ever seen in a TT article. That will teach me for missing this run!

40's only 13.

Bummed to miss the run. Great Article Suzie! Guess your intro puts a stop to an article I've been working on... :)

Okay I missed the run, but how did Suzie end up going? I thought she was married to a hard-core FJ62 guy?

Jeff, don't tell me you aren't a current TLCA member and haven't seem the latest Trails? The horror! :D I know you share the sentiment that one Cruiser isn't enough and while I'll always be most partial to 62s, 40s and 100s are in our hearts - and garage - around this house. 70s, 80s and 200s are all appreciated too, of course. :thumb:
Out of curiosity, I wonder what percentage of Rising Sun members are also TLCA members at this time?

I have the issue (yes, been a continuous member since 1996, see TLCA number), didn't notice the byline on the article at first.

So, that still doesn't really answer my query about how Suzie ended up writing this article. Did you guys get a 40 and drove it on this run, or did Suzie (and maybe you too) catch a shotgun seat with someone?

You imply with your answer above that you may have a 40 and 100?
