Pickle Gulch (FSR 718.1)
Dakota Hill (FSR 412)
Apex Valley Road (FSR 719, CR 4S)

Replaced the logs that were being used to block off the illegal trail near the top of Pickle Gulch, as they had been moved to allow access.

Hi All, Reminder on information needed for reporting. Please give me the following:

  1. Date activity was performed
  2. trail/rd name when available
  3. trail/rd number when available (probably always)
  4. ranger district trail/rd was in. (this is the MVUM you likely used)
  5. activity performed. (tell me what you actually did)
  6. people x hrs = total (please do the math for us!)

The biggest issue I see is reporting the road you were on but not reporting the ranger district. Its really hard for me to figure that out after the fact and makes the data unusable if I don't have it. Last year I had to ask a bunch of folks to clarify and some hours were trashed because I didn't get a response fast enough.

Also let me know what volunteer work you did.

Anyhow, those two things are being left out a lot. Something as simple as Kingston peak spans two ranger districts, so assuming I know what you are talking about when you say Kingston Peak may not be accurate since I don't know where you travelled on the trail.

If you are reading this and you reported hour please audit your hour reporting for me, it may be incomplete.

Thanks,
Marco

Slaughterhouse Gulch (FSR 101, 105)

Didn't see any trash (there were a few inches of fresh powder, so seeing anything would've been tough), but we did drop off the CM merch boxes on our way out.

3 people x 5 hours = 15 hours
