I don’t think there are that many people rebuilding 1FZ’s. Super expensive to do. LS swap is probably more practical at this point.

I messaged with the lady. I have the impression the husband passed and she's cleaning the garage. If I was closer, and had a truck and hoist, I'd grab it to take all the good parts off and scrap the block.
