I think that's an old Man-a-fre carrier that allowed you to put a jerry can on either side of the spare.Interesting spare carrier.

Its a very common roll cage that was made in Longmont and was either a dealer add on or aftermarket. I have owned a couple with the same cage. The factory jump seat rear hoop supports have to be cut to still utilize them.Once you dig into it I would love to see more pics of the roll cage set up
