That 40 has a aqualu tub. Not sure what's going on with the license plate lights. Nice cruiser though.

The rear sill on aqualu has a slight different cut on the rear sill than a factory tub. Not really a big deal at all. Barely noticeable. Where the sill comes down around the tail lights it curves rather than a straight angle the steel tubs have. Aqualu tubs are very nice if installed well. That looks like it was installed pretty well to me.
