Hmmmm... might be better for me to go around the back way... I’m not a fan of the I-70 parking lot. Though I do love the I-70 freeway!

Okay. I am in as long as pet sitter does not get sick from covid shot number 2.
Look to lead Dome Plateau. Could be gunner on top of the world if needed.
Post up in this thread on what you'd like to lead and gun if you would please!
Thanks!

Post up and PM me if you’re thinking to jump in last minute on the trip. I’ll head out early on Thursday and find the campsite for everybody

Beautiful weather and glad we got here yesterday because I can look out and see traffic building up across the Colorado River bridge. This is from the overlook and Golden Spike.

And a few others.

Friday WAS great weather 'round here!

IMG_1979_mid.jpg

I'm packing for Dome Plateau (unreleated Bookcliff Cruisers trip) right now, prediction is for a front with some wind so batten down. Our plan is to run the trail starting from Dewey and a couple of us will camp at the west end along Owl Draw Rd tonight.

We'll probably be using CB or maybe FRS/GMRS (not 100% sure) but I'll be running APRS so send message if you need. Was planning to monitor the GMRA repeater system.

Be safe y'all, give a shout if you want or need.

Thanks for a super awesome weekend Daniel, Hants, and Allen. I’m still riding the buzz from the great trails, conversation, and being in the company of good folks.

Here are a few photos of teamwork and living the dream. And yes, that’s @Inukshuk spotting my wife in our Sprinter, which served as mobile basecamp. 😂
