Hey Club-
I am about to drag my stuff out and set up in my living room to do my 45 interior and 40 interior and wanted to offer my services to the club and see if anyone wanted some work done on their seats. Basically what I am doing is ordering upholstery from SOR or Cruiser Corps with seat foam, stripping the old seats, and hog ringing in the new vinyl. I'd like to offer this service up to anyone in the club for 40's or 60's. You provide me the seats and materials and I do the labor. I would be looking for $260 for a front row and $180 for a back row. If you need single seats done or looking at other options shoot me a message and we can chat. Would like to do it over the next month or so if possible but can always work out a schedule. Really trying to do this to raise some money to get my projects moving a long and help some people get some seats they can be proud of at the same time. I'm located in Breck and Ideally I would like to have the stuff dropped off but I could also work out pick up and drop off if needed. I would be willing to do 80's or other vehicles also but need to chat about the project as some can be a little more complicated. Pictures below are of work I have actually done. Note that later 40's seat back foam is unavailable so needs to be in good shape otherwise the vinyl does not get as taught. Call or text is fine or message here. 303-915-9528.

Thanks, Steve.

She’s headed back to school this weekend. Mate when she’s back for spring break or in May?

What about a couple 4Runner seats? The driver seat would need new foam for the bottom though.

I have a 70 fj40 I would love to get the seats redone in
In the coral we put in the 69
Can we talk about that project?
I hated that work on the 69 and Mike D did most of it I only did 2 of them

If you are doing 4runners I would like to touch base with you as well. I have a 3rdGen 4runner. I would want the foam to be redone as well... What do you think?

I am down to do the 4runners also. You guys would need to find someone that makes a reproduction foam and the new cover. You supply me with that stuff and I can install it all. Price would be pretty similar.

Some qualifying questions from a 100s perspective:
1. Do you want the seats removed from the vehicle?
2. Any thoughts on where to source driver seat foam?
3. Are you willing to work with a pre made set of seat leather, say from Ridies or LSeat?

1. Yes I would prefer the seats are removed from the vehical. (I can do it but it will cost you my labor doing it).
2. I have not looked into the seat foam for 100’s. You would need to do that research. Land Cruiser Heaven seems to have it.
3. I will only work with premade covers, I do not sew the material at all. I am just set up for installing the covers. I am willing to take a look at any aftermarket supplier that makes covers for the stock seat. One thing to consider also is seat heaters. If it is sewn into the fabric then your replacement needs that. If it is part of the foam I can typically work with that but there will be an up charge because its a more complicated and time consuming process. Feel free to reach out with the phone number above if you want to chat more.

For all you 3rd gen 4Runner owners out there you can get new cushions and seat covers from a company call US Auto Seat Cover on ebay. I was looking at front seat bottoms, both cushion and cover that were packaged together for $200 for each side.

I image they have products for other models too.

I don't have a need...but this is a great offer. I did the seats in my VW years ago, and I think the punctures from the hog rings just healed. :)
x2

If one hasn't tried redoing seats then you may not think this is a good price. But if you have, then you know this is a great deal!

We need to do the driver's seat in the GX470 and the PS in the 80. I could load a bunch of peoples seats into the 100, drive up, and we make a weekend out of it.
Also possible you use my central Denver garage a few days and knock a bunch out.
How many can you do in a day?

Thanks for the offer Daniel but I will be going to be doing these on nights during the week. I need to stager them so my hands dont fall off. Ha. You can see in the one picture doing my Corvair interior that it takes some serious work. If you want me to do the ones in your Gx let me know.
