I did a cursory search and got nada, so I'll ask- are there any preferred or verboten tint places? I got a quote from flat irons tint for my 80 series. I was told:

30% heat rejection ceramic tint-650 suntech brand
70%, ceramic- 750 suntech

94% heat rejection, lumar brand-900

When I had my wife's 4runner tinted in Georgia, it was under 300.

Anyone have great experience elsewhere that isn't almost another grand to dump in my hole?

I've been using David with first class custom tint. He's a real nice guy will come to your place. ALso stands behind his work will fix anything you arent happy with.

he tinted and did PPF on a few of our cars and families cars.

text him at 720-837-1210

A grand!? I don’t think you’ll spend that much, at least at 5280 vinyl. I’m sure Alex can give you a ballpark over the phone. But I love that that other guy that was recommended can come out to the house. I’m all about mobile service providers.

One other thing, if you get lots of windshield chips, (which my mobile guy Peter “Pedro” can fix -search “service providers” to find my running list) Alex/5280 vinyl has this film from Germany that he puts on windshields to protect them. It’s badass.
