What Photo Tool Will Fix Sun Streak

Are there any photo tools that can eliminate without looking touched up (Clone tool) the streak in this picture? I have Photoshop Elements and it could have something, just not aware of it

You want to "paint" with the burn tool which will darken that area.
Don't what it is called in Elements but also will want to increase saturation in that area.
Will take some careful painting to hide it well.

A little more work and even some small cloning of rocks to better define bottom of truck. Probably all my skill set is capable of.

I was thinking this would be a great Calendar shot of our Commander @bassguyry

does it look touched up? It does to me since I did it :)

Looks very good to me. Its no longer the focal point so eye doesn't go there. "Only" if you know the before would you look there.
