Traveling to Bend OR this summer. Camping/wheeling recommendations?

Hey folks, does anyone have any recommendations on good camping areas or trails in Wyoming, Idaho or Oregon? A friend and I are going to go up to Bend in early August. I have been to the Sawtooth mountains and they are beautiful, so that is a likely destination.

• Steens Mountain Loop
• Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge
• Crack in the Ground
• Pine Mountain Observatory
• Newberry Crater / Paulina Peak

Haven't wheeled there but would rec' Smith Rock for hiking and climbing. There's lots of cool lava flows to explore, Lava Cast is a good one. And Deschutes Brewery is definitely worth a stop.
