I'm preparing my 87 FJ60 for towing a camper with trailer brakes. I have an existing hitch and very poorly installed 4-way plug. I need to install a 7-way round plug. Any suggestions on quality parts and install advice?
I also need to install my existing Prodigy P2 Brake Controller that I pulled out of my recently sold 03 100 series. I bought the land cruiser specific wiring harness for the 03 but am not sure if it would work on my 87? I plan to pull the trailer over Memorial Day weekend so I don't have a ton of time to get this done.
Any advice to help speed up the install process would be huge! Thanks. Doug
