I think we're going to pop up to Yankee Hill later this morning for a little fun. Anyone interested in joining?

We ran up Yankee Hill today. Just a tiny bit of wispy snow in the deep shadows on the north slope. Otherwise, nothing. Saw a bunch of rigs out on the trail including a pile of Toyotas but they weren't on HAM or CB. Anyone know who they were?

Any one want to do a Run on sunday or Saturday? Suggestions for any that might be passable after the snow is appreciated

We're interested in doing something Sunday. Not sure where we should go though. Maybe the Gulches?

What trails would be passable or partially doable?

There is a LOT of snow up high right now. You'd likely need to head west (Utah) or south (near NM). I am unsure of any trails open this time of year. Maybe the gulches?

Tried PIckle Gulch last Sunday. There was quite a bit of snow that I had to cut down. I ended up calling it quits because I wasn't making much progress. (stock 80)

Thanks for the responses. I figured there was too much snow!

I imagine Slaughterhouse is covered in snow and if not that steep descent at the beginning is crazy icy right now (unless there's too much fresh snow for it to be icy).

Phantom creek is a dirt road that can be fun in the snow. Lots of side roads to explore. You can hike signal butte. Great views of pikes peak and south platte area from the top.
