Definitely interested! Dom is running spring creek that day but I think I would pass for something prettier honestly. I’m cool to lead or not.

For very easy and pretty we could do St. John’s to Deer creek. Definitely scenic driving with one easy obstacle. What kind of trail are you looking for @GlossNGas and we could brainstorm some ideas?

I'm actually open to anything! I just wanted to do a run with people and enjoy the day to be honest but sadly I'm not too familiar with many trails yet as I just started~ What you posted looks really nice :)

That area is great. A fun loop I've done in the past is Sts. John >> North Fork >> Georgia Pass. It's full day and gives you some trails in the area to run and get familiar with.

It could be fun to add Georgia pass! Also a long day.

Where is that trailhead?
I may be interested.
It ends in Montezuma, people usually combine it with deer creek or georgia pass. There's a few ways to get to it.

This where we have been meeting in the past for this trail. 39°33'50.5"N 105°51'38.0"W
For airing up we typically drive through Montezuma and pull off for what I think leads to Peru creek. About 5ish minutes from town.
What time are we thinking for meeting up?
Does everyone have radios? I have a couple handhelds that can be borrowed. Start on channel 17, GRMS.

I have 2 handheld GRMS radios I'll bring as well.

9:30 or 10:30 at the trailhead is good for me, but obviously if the majority agrees on anotber time thats fine as well.

I like to go to if there’s still space. Do we know how long the run is. I never wheeled in that area.

@Cruiser45 plenty of space to join Deer Creek is pretty short jaunt that connects to Sts John, about 10-11 miles in total. Pending how often and how long we stop for, maybe 2-3 hours. Longer if we stop a lot. There is a spot near where they both connect that has a great pull off with amazing views so that is highly recommended.
