I’d rather buy used than Harbor Freight. Budget = appx $200.

@Romer good call. I put a bug in Steve’s ear about the stuff Natalie has before posting this. That would be my preference, but I’m trying to cast a wide net in case it doesn’t work out. As I recall Dean’s tool chests were high quality name brand stuff and I don’t want to do Natalie the disservice of lowballing her. We’ll see how that piece shakes out though.
