As Jim (elmariachi) Reiss, the PO, points out in the thread, the damages weren't as bad as first perceived and that the truck will live to wheel another day. He was right!!!

Let's just say that while I don't know diddly yet about 80s, I have learned a TON about forum etiquette over the years - much of it the hard way so anything "interesting" from me will be non-dramatic. Ask Euclid on the 60 forum, he'll tell you!
