Bitter cold didn't stop us from having an epic day on Yankee hill. Group A had 10 total trucks, featuring a nice assortment of vehicle builds and we worked well as a group. I believe group B had 7. We had fresh powder on trail with extremely dense snow pack that gave for some good bashing. The hill climbs made for some fun attempts and required a few strap and winching spots to get everyone over. The large drift at the top gave some good challenge to break through with torrents of wind and snow beating down on us. The remainder of the group that made it up exited back down through Alice and into Idaho springs. Beau Jos was on point this evening, with hot tasty pizza to hungry wheelers. Thanks to everyone involved for such a great day!
