Small amount of 3/16" of 1/4" plate

I am trying to finish up building the tire carrier for my rear bumper and I need just enough plate to mount a tire to. I would prefer 1/4" but 3/16" will do. A square, triangular, or circular piece will do as long as it's large enough to get 3 of the 6 lugs through. Thanks!
