The latest is Dean is now in a hospice facility as his care became more demanding than Natalie could provide. There is good news however. After 37 years as a happy unmarried couple they legally married this past Wednesday. It made Natalie feel some joy at this most difficult time in her life. The GoFundMe link is still open and active.
