Something to consider, I generally bid a few days out and I have nailed bids exactly. On the previous event, the Rising Sun Challenge I was only $250 off (1%).

It would be cool to see the percentage a vehicle moves as it goes through the auction lifecycle, especially the last hour (which happens after we close the bidding). The data makes this fun, so does knowing about auction mentality and the vehicles.

We will figure out the SMS alert. May take a little bit, but please keep the good ideas flowing!

Also, when I filter to Toyota and Land Cruiser then click on an auction when i go back it doesn't go back to what i filtered on.

This drives me nuts. And I can't ctrl-click on the Place Bid buttons to open a new tab to keep the filtered view.
Honestly, the application should remember my last filter settings so even if I haven't logged in for a week, when I go to the auctions it will show me the view with my most recent filters.

We're upping the stakes this week for the Rising Sun Forum! We're grateful for the feedback and the beta testing you've provided so far, so we're looking to get a few more people involved. The member of Rising Sun with the best bid in this event will win a Toyota Land Cruiser Association hoodie! Spread the word a bit as we're hoping to get more of a load on the site and continued feedback.

Our goal is to allow a few users from Rising Sun to start creating their own events and we plan to open this to real cash soon to raise the stakes. You can change on all the vehicles up to an hour before close - - so you still have time on a few ending tomorrow. This one is a mystery...only $6k? More red flags than a Texas driver in a snow storm! Airbag deployment and a lesson in not being transparent with the BaT wolves.
