Rear Cat and Muffler for 97 FZJ80

I'm looking for a rear catalytic converter for my 97. Not looking to pay the CA approved version (no sniff test in El Paso County anyway). @Westward Cruiser mentioned to me that Walker has a bolt up version for under $100 bucks but I can't seem to find that on on-line. Anyone have the Walker part number? Or another recommendation at that price point? Likely I'll need to have it shipped to my sister in Kansas and then she can forward to me. I'm a rebel people!

Edit: the weld in version has me thinking about replacing my muffler as well. I use a muffler shop in C/S that does great work and the owner is a great guy. I would have him weld in the cat and muffler in one trip.

Any recommendation on a muffler with very little drone and maybe a little tone? Anyone dump there exhaust behind the rear axle in lieu of out the back? I hammered my tailpipe on my last Moab trip.
